Birthday Cake Fudge
This recipe for cake batter white chocolate fudge is soooo easy and fast, you must try it once. The rainbow sprinkles make this fudge look so pretty. I love the pops of color! Here is the recipe that I found through a pin on Pinterest.
Cake Batter with White Chocolate Fudge
from Sally's Baking Addiction
2 Cups plus 2 Tbsp Betty Crocker Supermoist white or yellow cake mix (or any brand- I used white)
2 Cups powdered sugar
1/2 Cup (1 stick) salted butter, cut into 4 pieces
1/4 Cup milk
2/3 Cup white chocolate chips
1/2 Cup rainbow sprinkles
Spray 8x8 baking pan with nonstick spray. Set aside. (I didn't have this pan so I just used a round one)
Mix together cake mix and powdered sugar in a large bowl (make sure it is microwave safe). Add milk and butter (do not stir them in) and microwave for 2 minutes. Once done, immediately begin mixing everything together. The batter will be very thick. Fold in the white chocolate and sprinkles. Stir gently so the sprinkles don't leak their color.
Spoon into prepared pan, making sure it is level and smooth on top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Store fudge in the refrigerator.
It's the perfect birthday party treat!
P.S. - Sending a birthday shout out to my best friend Laura, mommy of 2 year old twin boys and a 10 month old baby girl. If anyone deserves some carbs on their birthday, it's you! Love, K
